Vega Cleansing Breakfast Protein Shake
- 1 1/2 cups Almond Milk
- 1 Scoop Vega Complete Whole Food Health Optimizer
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 cup Ice (or 3-4 frozen strawberries for some yum-factor)
- 1 cup Water to improve consistency (if you don’t have a fancy blender – I use Ninja NJ600 Pro Blender
which is shown below without water)

This looks awesome – I haven’t used Vega Meal Replacement in a while, but I remember it being delicious (if a little expensive). Will definitely give this recipe a try!
