Strawberry Chia Seed Bliss

Serves 1 Very Hungry Woman or 2 Small Children

A fantastic pre-workout smoothie!

2 Cups Vanilla Coconut Milk (May Substitute Almond Milk)

5 Whole Organic Strawberries

1 Frozen Banana

3 Handfuls of Kale leaves, destemmed

1 Avocado

2 Cups Water

1 Cup Ice

**Make this a “green” smoothie by adding 1 Cup Raw Organic Kale & watch your energy boost!

Blend away until desired consistency. Add 1 scoop of Raw Chia Seeds on top & poke around with a straw or spoon. Chia will make the smoothie thicker as the seeds absorb the moisture so drink up soon!

Chia is a super fantastic super food (similar to flaxseed in nature) &  full of Omegas & protein but mainly fiber. Try it on oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, salads or pudding. Fiber is absolutely essential in maintaining healthy digestive function.
