3 Cups of Fresh Organic Corn or 1 Bag Frozen
2 Cups Cilantro
1 Bell Pepper
1/2 Cup Soaked Flax Seeds (soak for about 5 minutes then add to mixture)
1 Celery Stalk
1 Teaspoon Herbamare (Celery Salt Seasoning)
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Jalapeno (Without Seeds) **Optional
Combine Ingredients in Food Processor or Blender & use spoon to make sure everything is an even consistency. Should be somewhat smooth but not too soup-like.
Pour over teflex dehydrator sheets (will take up about 2) & dehydrate for 12 hours before flipping. When flipped score the crackers into triangles.
Will definitely “hit the spot” if you’re craving chips & salsa or nachos anytime. Add you favorite fixings like black beans, non-dairy sour cream, salsa etc. to bring out all the flavors.
