With so much buzz going on about green smoothies a lot of people are entering their kitchen wearily with odd ingredients trying to make lemonade out of lemons. The Easy Green Smoothie
1 Handful Spinach
3 Ripe & Ready Peaches sliced
2 Cups of Water
Blend & Blend & Blend until desired consistency is achieved.
Sip slowly & enjoy!
****A couple rules to stick by when making green smoothies. Use at least one ingredient frozen (preferably fruit like banana or the mangoes freeze well), this adds considerable to the creaminess of the smoothie & the coolness which is an important factor. If frozen isn’t an option use ice cubes before blending.
