This Watermelon Breeze Smoothie is a MUST HAVE drink this summer.  It’s not only refreshing & delicious, but this smoothie is jam packed with essential vitamins & minerals which makes it a powerful antioxidant.

Ingredients:
5 slices of Watermelon (about 2 cups worth)
1 Cucumber, peeled
1 cup Water
1 handful of Mint

Directions:

  • Combine watermelon & cucumber in a high speed blender.   Blend until smooth.
  • Add water for added smoothness, if necessary.
  • Garnish with mint.
  • Serve immediately & enjoy!


Note: Melons are a tricky thing to consume. A good rule of thumb is ‘eat them alone or leave them alone.’ Cucumbers are friends of the melon family & therefore can be combined in harmony with any type of melon.
